ALUMINUM
Aluminum, one of the materials we have the most experience machining, is known for being lightweight yet strong — a common choice for both prototype work and full production runs.
BRASS
Brass is another material we machine regularly, is valued for its clean finish and workability — a good fit for fittings, connectors, and parts where appearance matters as much as function.
COPPER
Copper, a material we machine for its conductivity, is the go-to choice when a part needs to perform electrically or thermally. It takes more care to hold tight tolerances on, but it's a material we work with often.
CARBON STEEL
Carbon Steel one of the materials we manufacture with for structural applications, is known for its strength and durability under stress — a common choice for industrial components.
TITANIUM
Titanium, a material we machine for its strength-to-weight ratio, is a common choice in aerospace, defense, and medical applications where performance under extreme conditions matters. It requires more specialized tooling and slower cutting speeds, but it's a material we work with regularly.
STAINLESS STEEL
Stainless Steel, a material we machine for medical and food-grade work, is known for its corrosion resistance — which is exactly why those industries specify it.
INCONEL
Inconel, a high-performance nickel-chromium-based superalloy, is known for holding up under extreme heat and corrosion — a common requirement in aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. It's a demanding material to machine, but one we have the experience and tooling to work with.
PLASTICS
Plastics, another material we work with, is a good option when a part needs to be lightweight without giving up precision — common in prototypes and insulating components.
We manufacture each of these materials to the grades and specifications your project requires — machining, turning, forming, or welding as the part calls for. While we specialize in aluminum CNC machining, we can produce high precision, high quality, custom turned parts from numerous materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, and plastic.
